MyFitnessPal: This popular fitness tracking app includes a calorie calculator that can help you determine your daily caloric needs and set a calorie goal for weight loss. Remember that these calculators are estimates and may not be 100% accurate for everyone. But they do give you an idea of the calorie ranges that can help you get started on your journey.
AND weight loss is not just about the number of calories you consume and the amount of physical activity you do. Other factors, like stress, sleep, and genetics, can also play a role in weight management. Very important to focus on eating balanced and nutritious meals and to find physical activities that you enjoy and that you can stick with long-term.
